Facilities

Brooklyn Center Community Schools extends the use of school facilities for events and functions when space is not in use by the school district. Individuals and organizations using the facilities must have an approved permit on file with the district at least 10 days prior to the desired usage date.  

 

FACILITY REQUEST TIME LINE

  •  Requests should be submitted 10 working days before the first requested use date.
  • Sign and return the permit upon receipt.
  • Certificate of liability must be provided 72 hours from the time the signed permit is returned to the Facilities Scheduler.
  • Permit holders are required to pay 25% of the permit no later than 5 days from the scheduled event. The deposit should be a check made out to Brooklyn Center Community Schools. The permit holder will be invoiced the remaining amount following the event. Payment is due in full within 15 days of receipt.
  • Outside caterers must provide a copy of their food service license 48 hours prior to event.
